Top Ten Historical Ducks Season Stats

When looking over any team’s history there are two things that should jump out when looking at the stats. Who is the leader in scoring and who is the leader in the net?

First up we have our point’s records with Teemu Selanne being the all time point leader with 867. The season record holder for points is Teemu Selanne with 109 in the 1996-1997 campaign. Teemu Selanne also holds the record for most goals all time at 413 and in a season at 52 in 1997-1998. If you were wondering who the all time leader was in assists it’s Teemu Salanne with 445 overall and with the highest in a season is 66 from Ryan Getzlaf in 2008-2009.

The top rookie in Ducks history is Bobby Ryan who holds the record for the most goals and assists for a rookie at 31 goals and 57 points during the 2008-2009 season.

For our goalies we have the most wins in the season by Jean-Sebastien Giguere with 36 in 2006-2007. The shutout record is also held by Jean-Sebastian Giguere in 2002-2003.

For our number one goon in Duck history we have Todd Ewen with 285 penalty minutes in 1995-1996.
For our defenseman records we have Scott Niedermayer leading the way with 54 assists and 69 points in the 2006-2007 season.
